Over 50 Years of Learning & Sharing

Founded in 1957, Campbell Parents' Participation Preschool (CPPP) offers an introduction to the learning experience and socialization. In each class, the teacher and parents provide individual attention and guidance for each child. An atmosphere of security and acceptance encourages experimentation and development of self-confidence. Parents work in the classroom under the direction of a credentialed teacher. Parents also assist with fundraising events, serve on various committees, share maintenance duties and establish school policies.

CPPP provides the opportunity for children to:

  • Develop social skills in cooperation, sharing friendship with others of their own age.

  • Express themselves through music, dance, dramatic play and art.

  • Expand their horizons through field trips, gardening, cooking, carpentry, art & crafts, writing and games.

CPPP is a nonprofit, nonsectarian, cooperative preschool, administered by the parents and licensed by the State of California. CPPP is fully accredited and sponsored by the Metropolitan Education District (MED) of Santa Clara County. CPPP is also affiliated with local and state councils of cooperative preschools.
